LINKS TO SOFTWARE THAT SUPPORTS USE OF THE WEBSITE

The link below is to the Adobe website that provides the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Simply click on the link, select your operating system from the Adobe web page, download the application to your computer, and install it. The reader will allow you to view pdf documents found on this website and many others. Pdf formatted documents allow you to view the original just as the author intended, retaining all formatting, fonts styles, etc.  Give the page a little time to appear after you click on it - it takes about 30 seconds to a minute because it's usually very busy.

The following link is to the Mozilla website that supports the Firefox web browser. Firefox is a browser that is free and is developed as open source. That means, no company owns it and volunteers that like to write code for an avocation support it. Most computer operating systems come with a purchased computer; most often, they are Internet Explorer for the Windows operating system and Safari for the Mac. It's not surprising that each of the operating systems comes with its own browser since the author of each also authors the browser. Even though each of these are good in their own right, neither has the stability, features, and expandability of Firefox. I highly recommend that you download and try it out. You can use both your regular browser and Firefox independently. Neither will preclude the use of the other.
This link sends you to the features page of the Mozilla website so you can read about Firefox and its features and download it from that page:

Or, this link will send you to the page that provides the download for your operating system:
