SITE DESIGN

      - 3 column format: Left shows main site links; Center shows information selected; Right has latest pertinent news.
      - Pages are text based for faster browser operation and compatibility - this will be modified over time by recommendations from users.
      - Scroll bars are provided when necessary. The center information column often has a vertical blue bar used to scroll for information that won't fully fit on the page.
      - The site is optimized for viewing with a 15" to 17" monitor. Pixel resolution is 800 x 600.
      - Information presently located on the site is open for public viewing.
      - The banner at the top of the site that addresses all the neighborhoods is not functional at this time. The area will contain information that will be limited to Straus Park residents. Each area will be user name/password protected for our individual privacy. In order to get this task finished, the webmaster has to learn a new scripting laguage and database syntax - right now he's pedaling the bike as fast as he can.
