The link below is to North Carolina General Assembly - NC General Statutes:
     The statute included here is "Chapter 55A: North Carolina Nonprofit Corporation Act". This act is referenced in our Master Plan as the source document under which the Master Association assumes its powers. Article I, Section 2 of the Straus Park Master Association bylaws state: "The Master Association is a North Carolina non-profit corporation and shall have all powers incident thereto as provided in N.C.GS. 55A."
