The Straus Park Master Plan is divided into two separate sections.

The first is the Design Manual which was approved on 06/25/08.
(This section is maintained by the ECC and contains building guidlines and procedures that were formerly listed in the "ECC Policy and Procedures" area)

The second is the Bylaws and Covenenats which are currently undergoing revision.
