• Master Association September meeting action items
The Master Association October action items were ratified during the November meeting. The following are the results of those action items:

Richard Frye will be called in to consult on the trees - fee not to exceed $200.

Administrative Resolution thanking Rae Glover for her service was presented by Scott McCall for signature of the President and Secretary.

Glen Cutler has contacted the college regarding the pond problem and will be meeting with one of their professors to assess the condition of the pond.

Payment to Harry Fiedler was approved for the initial costs involved in setting up the official Straus Park website.

David Neumann appointed Mr. Fiedler Chairman of the Communication Committee and Steve Clark Chairman of the Environmental Committee.

Decision was made to have Johnny Combs refinish all doors at the back of the Lake House at a cost of $1,100, including labor, materials, and a two-year warranty on labor and materials.

Payment was approved for work done on the dirt road off Stone Creek. The Master Association paid half the cost and the developer paid the other half.
